The Band Toto Asia Toto was expanding its production facilities overseas and doing business in France, Germany, Indonesia, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and the People's Republic of China. Toto considered North America as a growth market for Washlet bidets and toilets, in contrast to its "base" markets of Japan and China.
